Our park is 11pm and we have neighbors that are up late past that all the time and of course weekends loud and alcohol driven. Security drives around the park at 11pm and stop when they see a fire to listen for any extra noise. Seems if a few people are enjoying a fire and talking they don't bother them.
For the most part the neighbors are okay. I sleep with a fan on and they never wake me up. But when the misses sleeps alone she doesn't and gets kept up by them. Although we know we can call management they haven't been up so late we have had to consider this.
From my experience working security when I was young it's really up to the person how "by the book" you want to be. Being polite and honest goes a long way but sometimes you'll run into a wannabe cop weather security is in plain clothes or uniform.
