Quiet Time in a private campground is whatever the owner says it is. We had a group stay at unfriendly Acres in NJ and were Banished for Life for talking around the campfire at 11pm. The Seasonal Customer who owned a Permanent Trailer Home that the Campground builds and sells was able to party till 3am with drinking and Loud Music.
They actually sent us all Letters stating Banishment for Life. Gave us all a good Laugh.
