I cannot talk quietly nor can I hear quiet talkers. So when 10:00 pm comes around I retire inside my coach, close it up and watch TV with ear phones or go to bed. What do I need to say after 10:00 pm that I could not have said all day long. It just takes common sense to be a good neighbor.
