To answer my own question.... It looks like most Oxygenics heads run 1.75 gpm - 2.0 gpm regardless of head size.
To me, the advantage of the Oxygenics is that it gives a shower with good pressure at much reduced flow. Since we often camp without hookups, it is important to me to conserve water. Don't ask me what flow rate I use, I don't know. It is much lower than the full flow though.
