What is the best shower head to use for a replacement of the factory installed one? It is a telephone shower head, but if I take it off the hook and lower it down, the water flow almost stops. N...

Whew! All these years I thought it was just me not putting the darn shower head right in the holder.
I HATE when then thing keeps turning where I am not standing!
For me just one more reason I rate my stay at CG's on how nice their shower facilities are. :W
