For full-timing, when parked - a big 5er with 3 or 4 slides is great.
When traveling, a Class A or DP, would be better.
We've traveled with friends with gas Class A and DP motorhomes. The setup/ teardown is noticeable easier, faster.
But they don't have the room and flexibility we do when stopped.
Their toad does make local trips easier, and cheaper. That 22 ft long pickup doesn't fit a lot of places, and doesn't get good fuel mileage compared to most toads.
RVing is about making choices, since there is no perfect rig for every occasion/ every person or couple.
