We've had a HR Class A years ago, then two tent trailers, then a PW Class B, and now have a Coach House Class C. The Class A was great when parked in camp but wasn't easy to drive on crowded roads or park in parking lots. The tent trailers were fine for summer camping, but with no bathrooms they were just a step up from tent camping which was fine when we were younger. The PW was excellent for driving, got good gas mileage; but had limited space when camping, especially if you had to be inside for long periods during inclement weather. Our Coach House is the best of all worlds and does not have the bunk over the cab like older Class C's had, and the kitchen is just the right size and bathroom is great. Check out used Coach House units or Chinook, both are well made and you'll save a lot of money over buying new.
