It is all about trade offs. I like how TT owners grumble about 5ers because they lose truckbed space. Well yes they do. All that stuff that goes in the truckbed & has to be tied down & covered up so it won't get wet goes into the 5er's basement which a TT does not have.
Further, all that stuff has to be taken out of the truckbed & stored somewhere when the truck is out being used as a daily driver. With a 5er the RV stuff stays, well, in the RV.
