My first RV under my name is a travel trailer. However, once I get vacation time at my job, I'm planning to trade it in and get something I can legally park/store at my residence here in Austin. For ease of parking at my current place, this would be a class "B", about 20-24 feet long, or as an alternative, a pickup truck + TC.
What I'd like to have would be a tossup between a short, custom 4x4 "C" and a longbed dually + TC. Phoenix Cruisers offers 24 footers with a Quigley 4WD upfit and a large wall slide. This is a size short enough to be used as a toadless vehicle, but long enough to be a place one can stay for a few days if not wanting to go out in inclement weather. Of course, a Host Camper triple slide TC on a dually truck would be a close runner up.
