I built ours last year... 30 x 50 x 16 frame w/siding and tile roof, 14' roll up door for mh, and 8' roll up door for truck and quad toys.
We are in the desert of Sou Cal, and spend our summers in Oregon and winters here. During the winter, I winterize the mh and since our winters hardly ever get below freezing, I didn't feel it necessary to finish the inside or heat/cool it. Building large enough to open all four slides when inside and leaves plenty of room to walk around mh or work on it.
