Zero Degrees
After many many years of R V ownership I have just placed a thermostat in my Norcold refer , it stays between zero and ten degrees in the freezer . Is that normal or is it to cold ?

- If the ice cream scoops out properly the temperature is just right.
0 to 5 is about there IMO. - 0*F is the benchmark for freezers, 40*F is the benchmark for fridges, just as stated in the link above.

Freezer should be well below 0F- I keep the freezer portion of my S&B refrigerator/freezer at 4 degrees and my deep freeze at 0 degrees.

- Ours even gets below zero. Most people complain about it being not cold enough so you are lucky. We have frozen ice cream and actually store it in the freezer door.
