Are there any safe places for LGBTQIA+ Individuals to snowbird to?

I know Florida and Texas seem to be actively passing laws against Transgender Individuals.  Since I don't want to make trouble with anyone, I am asking if anyone knows of various other places where it might be good to snowbird from Minnesota to.  

I thought about Virginia, but I'm curious if anyone else has any other ideas.

    Enlighten us on what "laws" are being passed that would affect a transgender from being able to snowbird?

      There aren’t any. Typical self serving left wing bait. 
      OP should learn more about weather and geography and worry less about being _____ if that’s their preference. 
      Because Virginia is not a snowbird state unless you just want less snow than Minnesota on average while you’re snowbirding.
