Have you checked the batteries to be sure they are fully charged? They must be to move most slides.

Did the person who decided the motor needed replacing ever test the slide after the replacement? Have you checked to see if the slide locks were off ( if you have them )? No slide will move if the locks are on.

Thanks for the response! Yes, they tested but slideout still not budging. So not really sure if the motor/pump kit was defective in the 1st place. At this point, i just want to have the slideout in, even manually, and we can't even do that so I can take it to a shop.
