Which windows are rattling? All of them ? I have a 2000 and have not experienced any windows rattle. That is not to say that there is no noise. My driver side screen will rattle from time to time but once I push it into place the noise abates. The pull down shade on the window behind the barrel chair will rattle a bit, as will the screen door. Make sure the windows are tightly closed and locked.
Perhaps you could wedge something between the glass and the track while traveling and remove it while camping.
