I fixed one earlier this year by putting a thin plastic shim between the frame and the glass. I made the ship out of a disposable putty knife. Once it was shimmed, I sealed the window with silicon. That was a permanent window that not been installed correctly and the leak was between the glass and frame. If it's not the glass that's loose, I wouldn't try this method.
