Good point about the 94a constant and not tapering. I just find it hard to believe it won't do 100a or more. When it was doing 94, it would have been a good test to raise the voltage and see if the amps went up. If they did, it's the battery bank, not the charger.
The charger's fan is supposed to be on demand. You can hear it all right when it does come on :)
