I do appreciate you living rural. I live near Cody, Wy. It is like living in the 1800s. I have to store parts because nothing is available locally. In fact for basic living unless it is available at Walmart we have to drive 100 miles to Billing, MT. In fact finding a DR that can do more than a flu shot we have to drive 100 miles. Drs in Cody are running away DRs. Fortunately we don't have to pay that much for delivery. As a ham I try to order out supplies that will get me by. I didn't get the whole pix on your post. Still, I think building supplies seems to work out quite well..Being in electronics sometimes things fail when least expected. Even when they say ours are best. JMHO. Caps do fail. No question about that. I would keep on hand numerous parts that may be needed. All that said, I have to ask. Would you move back to a area where all that was available quickly? Didn't think so. I moved from SO CA crazy to rural WY. I just put up with the inconvenience. Wish I was more rural. I do appreciate your problem better. I just don't have that much confidence in big busines and their specs on parts. Many coming from China. If I have parts available I can replace quickly as necessary. Most of parts I get are from Mouser Electronics and All Electronics. Snail mail bulk.
