Panasonic caps from DigiKey IMHO are very good maybe even the best and priced right. For us residing in North American two day low cost delivery is a plus.
X2--The ESR charts are some of the best for that product. The best is probably Blackgate (no longer made but still in circulation, used for audio signal path application, mostly).
I was investigating the use of this
Aluminum metal finishing compound when I was building higher-end audio chassis'. In the end, if they had to have black, it was either anodized or powder coated.
BTW, that Pioneer SX-1250 is no slouch, lots of good clean power!
