If you are talking about the largest capacitors, on the 3 55 amp wfco's I have here they are 820 uf, 200 volt, 105c .
Westend- thanks for the dim bulb tester- I'm figuring out whether to sell the thing as is or put the money in to restoring it, but selling as is would like to have it working. FWIW, it's a McIntosh C22 I bought in 1975.
Yeah, I was going to suggest anything above 200V. There should be no issues with inrush in the values and locations mentioned.
Your McIntosh is a well regarded unit. If you plan to keep it, send me a PM for recommended service folks in your region. If you plan to sell it, bring it up on the dim bulb tester and sell as/is would be my suggestion. For most buyers, the condition of the faceplate is more important than the function of the electronics.
