GFCIs have to have power to reset.......but if they don't reset then GFCI is BAD
OR
What caused it to trip is still causing it to trip free when trying to reset and has to be found/fixed first.
Lights are typically 12V DC..........but some are 110V AC.
Are these lights/outlets in a slide out?
If so....check underside of slideout for electrical junction boxes. Could have shorted wiring inside.
Also you can pull outlets one at a time and inspect wiring connections.
They are typically just a thin copper strip with a slot that the wire is pressed into. Can come loose easily.
