110/220 indicated on 09 trailer???

Why is 220 indicated on the plug on our new to us trailer?

Not all CB panels are laid out with alternating CBs. The very common Intellitec has adjacent CBs for each leg.

So determine your layout before concluding what loads are on each leg.
