You NEED a multi-meter to check voltages.
Without that, you need to find an RV shop to check it out.
Dead battery.
Loose battery connection.
Failed "aux battery" solenoid (fairly common).
But you should NOT be doing ANYTHING based only on a guess.
Some testing is necessary.
