- landyacht318ExplorerThe Delta fan is louder than a V22 osprey hovering over your head at max payload. I saw a 2 of these cruise by at 45 degree rotor tilt roday. Did not realize how freaking huge they are.
The Fluid dynamic bearing fans are said to be quieter and longer lasting I have replaced a ball bearing in a silverstone fm121.
Wish I could slow the delta fan down properly, but it does not like my PWM controller - MEXICOWANDERERExplorerBetcha the sucker sounds like a Huey in war emergency boost mode.

I got one of these 120Mm 252 cfm fans to put on a PWM motor speed controller and reduce the atmospheric pressure in my RV, but it did not work properly dialed down, it just shut off in the 200 CFM range. pretty impressive airflow though:
