Follow up, thanks for suggestions.
It was a combination of a corroded ground and battery cable connections that needed cleaning. I also needed a 7 pin trailer wire installed, called local rv repair places, all scheduling about 2 months out for appointment. One service guy gave me the name of someone who does work out of his house. The guy had me bring it right over, was done the next day, did an outstanding job, put new connectors on cables, put a bracket next to receiver with 4 and 7 pin covered connections, replacing the 4 pin that comes zip tied to receiver and flops around (nice factory job) I lucked out, found a great guy who knows how to work on rv' s and completes the job quickly, unlike my local C World
