12 Volt PWM Type Panel THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK?

In this case MPPT does not exist. So deal with 12 volt PWM rated panels.

Is there a panel out there with the best bang for the buck? Maybe 7 to 9 amperes maybe more? San Diego area. Shipping can be a killer. Someone mentioned Corona? Multiple panels are out of the question because these are being sneaked into Mexico.

So, A bigmother panel with the highest amperage and best amperes for the buck.

I got vertigo trying to find one.

It is 37 Voc but many 12v PWM controllers will handle the higher Voc. Personally, I prefer MPPT. Thru Amazon w/free shipping, it equates to $1.50/watt.

But for $1/W he can get the SolarBlvd 12V 140W panel and have more power with a smaller footprint on his PWM controller.

BTW Solar Blvd has a 270W panel for $202 plus shipping. Why use Amazon?

Bigger bang for the buck is to be found in bigger panels. The biggest 12V panel I saw was ~11A, but if you only need 7-9A, this is easier.
  • Corona? Maybe you meant Norco. Solarblvd has a 140w panel for $139 +tax. Get two with parallel MC4 connectors $288. Isc 8.4a (each)

The two with permanent looking snap on connectors might pass as a single unit for personal use, maybe?
