120v Feedback from Appliance to Inverter?

So how about when you plug the shore cord into the inverter to do your "whole house" (converter off)?
The appliances are on circuits, which are on the 120v Breaker Panel from the pos buss bar on that common to all the breakers, Main and Branches. So anything weird on one circuit might affect the others and the Main via that buss bar they all share.
Does the AC dist breaker panel have its own funny "noises" that would be in addition to/extra on top of any individual appliance noise? Is there anything particular the AC dist panel does in the way of "noises" that is different from appliance- type noises?
If so, would there be anything different in that way comparing a 1990s RV AC dist panel from a newer one say from a 2015 model? Some change of electrical codes since then or whatever that might have reduced any such noise? Or are they still all the same for that?
