Short answer is NO. there is no feedback. The inverter does not know what is plugged in.
However the longer answer is: Some inverters have a feature called "Load Sense" when it senses a load it activates. else it sits there and watches for a load.. A common load sense level is 100 Watts.
That is not feed back however.. It is the same as a water pump. it kicks in "Senses" when the faucet is open. It does not sense which faucet.
