120v Feedback from Appliance to Inverter?
Wondering if the PSW inverter can "see" what is plugged into it. Never mind between inductive and resistive--I mean between different resistive appliances. Does each appliance have its own feedb...

It seems like you are concerned about "noises".
An inverter often makes noises that range from a low hum to a high "screech" depending on the design, and the noises vary DEPENDING ON THE LOAD. That is perfectly normal.
A generator's "note" changes with the load too.
While on commercial power, you should NOT hear any noises that vary with the load.....except maybe from an active power filter. If you do, there might be a connection going bad somewhere or a component getting weak (breaker).
