LED lights are somewhat intesting... The power usage can vary.
According to the company that made it my LED flashlight is 1200 LUMEN, roughly the equal of a 100 watt "Standard" lamp..
The CFL and FL lamps are in line with the figures you got. About 5 times more light per watt
Most LED's are about 10 times (a 100 watt equivalent draws 10 watts)
The CREE LED in my 1200 lumen flashlight, BY MEASUREMENT, 3 watts.
