Don't know why you want a 2000w pure sine wave--cost$ money! We do it all with a 3000w (2000w would be fine but the 3000 was on sale for less than the 2000 at the time) MSW. Good for microwave through to 120v LED reading lamp. No issues. (We don't have an electric blanket, which does need PSW.)
