Just another way of thinking how to do it
Thanks for that ;)
Now for some LED numbers!
We have 4 different circuits for inside 12v lights, standard double dome and two singles in the bunks.
We replaced the 941 bulbs with LED panels, 2700k 3610 SMD. We took before and after measurements with Fuse Buddy tester
1. Kitchen circuit has 3 double lamps, before 8.2 amps, after 1.5 amps
2. Living has 3 doubles and 2 singles (yep rear bedroom). Before 10.7 amps, after 1.9 amps
3. Master Bedroom has 2 doubles. Before 5.6 amps, after 0.9 amps
4. Bath has a double above the sink. Before 2.8 amps, after 0.4 amps
No idea how much alcohol was involved when they were "labeling" the circuits, LOL.

So the differences:
With standard bulbs, any 3 lights on, fan on converter turns on and gets progressively faster and louder.
With LEDs, ALL light on still does not turn on the fan on the converter.
With standard bulbs, added up draw is 27.3 amps (!)

With LED bulbs, added up draw is *4.7 amps* :C

Definitely a WIN!
We're expecting this to help a great deal when dry camping.
We still have exterior lights to take care of and the stove bulb.
