Put my money on heavy current draw when operating a slide or jacks. I had the same issue and now I either shore power or run my genny when running the jacks or whatever (don't have slides). Your inverter will 'look' for any power source to compensate for the draw when a heavy load is present.
Like I said, had the same issue and eliminated it by compensating with the genny or shore power.
