Thanks for all of the input all. I will have to test the batteries again after work. I didn't realize I would only get an accurate reading right off of the posts with the solar panel hooked in. If they are only 9V I will have to borrow a charger again and get em charged up. I took them out for the winter and stored them in the garage on top of some 2x4's to keep em off of the concrete. I recharged them last year before I put them back in. Should have done it again this year. I'll let everyone know what I come up with.
