Why would you want to take 12 volts convert it to 110 volts to have the power cord change it back to 12 volt.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 110 VOLT TV! There are TV's with an external transformer and TV's with an internal transformer. Just as there are no commercial computers that run on 110 volt.
