The maximum I ever observed from the PWM was a little over 9A. Almost immediately, I observed over 10A with MPPT. That is about an 11% increase.
I believe I get more daily AHs now with MPPT.

Last summer in MI saw 10.5 amps many times out of my ss-10 pwm with two 80 panels in parallel during bulk mode. Measured it with a Sears Clamp on AC/DC amp meter
I have to imagine the differences could be due to panel specs, and perhaps quality?
