True. But I thought pwm doesn't concern itself with Vmp. Wouldn't it be the panel's Voc that would matter, or am I mistaken about that?
My panels show 0A at Voc for all levels of radiation. Amps are a very steep dropoff beyond the knee on the IR curves.
