Give that the inverter may at best be 90% efficient
5 /.9 X 10 = 55.5 amps
As the voltage drops a good inverter may draw more amps to keep the voltage on the output side to 120 volts--so that 55.5 may become 60 or more amps.
That's one place that Li shine--assuming a 100 amp-hour battery that has a battery management system which allows a 1c discharge.
SiO2 is a good choice too--as they are rated for 4 C continuous.
