I have the 22 inch Samsung (UN22F50..) in my kitchen that has the 14 volt brick. TV is listed as 18 watts. The brick is rated at 14 volts and 2.5 amps output so the actual draw must be much less. The brick doesn't even get warm in use. Screen is 1080 LED. Picture is excellent and a wide viewing angle. Nice TV.
