I have two refillable 16oz bottles and a refill station adapter. turn a 5 gallon upside down, attach the tube with deadman valve, screw on cylinder, open the overflow on the 16oz with an allen wrench open the deadman and let it fill till is spits. works great.

the flame king refil station is worth the $ IMHO. very good valve and it will work with regular cylinders as well
also works to refill regular 16oz bottles. One important trick. if you want it filled all the way or even close, use a pair of angled forcepts to pull the non refillable vent UP, that vents it. It looks like a schrader valve but operates in the oposite direction you would expect. you pull rather than push on it. keep venting till it is the proper weight. Otherwise it will only fill part way.
