I was intrigued, tried to look up Parts and Images. I don't trust the Images because it isn't always clear what they are actually OF.
In Parts, it does appear to have that fabric "rag" coupler from steering wheel shaft to steering gear box. A good first suspect.
Looks like a single I-Beam axle with King Pins. Inexpensive parts, probably not too hard to change. Then apparently in addition to a Pitman Arm on the Gear Box, a Center Link with an Idler Arm on the passenger side, Inner and Outer Tie Rod Ends with Adjust Sleeves.
At least it seems so. We had an early B-Series Dodge Van, and it used TWO Idler arms. If they were the least bit worn, steering got very loose. This D100 doesn't seem to be set up that way...Good!
