I didn't see that the carb was working correctly in the video, to be honest. It instead looked to me like the engine died when the throttle was opened, rather than speeding up. That suggests to me that the carb is working OK at low throttle but not at high throttle--maybe the "idle" (low-speed/low-power) jet is working fine but the main jet is gummed up or otherwise inoperative.
