I know I am a late comer to the topic of Ford TSB 2-11-3 but I am having same issue with my 2001 Pace Arrow Vision. I am a new subscriber to the forum and I am encouraged that some members have solved their issue despite Ford having discontinued the part ( ground jumper harness ). I too have had erratic shifting, stalling, and error code 0720. I need advice on how to proceed in fixing the issue
