2 12 volt batterys or 2 6 volt
what gives me the most bang for my money. every other rig that I have bought always had 6 volt battery's but the new one has 2 12 volt. not sure what works better.

I have not had very long life with 12 volt batteries, but my first set of 6 volts lasted 13 years, and I gave them away, because they where still good, I was just starting a 2 year long trip, and wanted new batteries.
My second set only lasted 6 years. Most I got from 12 volt coach batteries was about 3 years.
When they go bad, I would change them back to the factory 6 volts that came with the unit when new. Someone changed them to 12 volts at some point.
