I havent seen one of these batteries being a "pouch" build yet, but who knows. I would just suspect it is the case material, maybe plastic cased Prismatic vs Alumium cased, maybe prismatic in one and cylindrical in the other. I would be realy suprised to see the pouch format being used as they are so suseptable to issues.
