2000 Dodge 1500 Conversion Van Computer or Not?

Check your wiring for chaffing, especially around the steering column. There was a year or two that had wiring problems. Also check ALL the ground locations for loose, broken, or corroded connections. They are all over under the dash, hood and in the engine compartment(under the dog house).
