Undersized cables maybe? More simply it could be a loose connection. I had a car like that, would act like a dead battery when it came time to start, but otherwise the battery tested fine, lights were bright etc.
turned out the ground connection to the battery was finger tight, but a wrench was able to put several more turns on it. car started right up at that point.
so, check the cable connections at the battery and inverter with a torque wrench, and make sure they're tightened to manuf. spec
