As I'm understanding this, the water and gurgling with the toilet is in the RV? The drains in the barn are working correctly?
You have 50' of open pipe/hose from RV to the barn with the RV's valve open?
You don't use much water.
It has been warm.
My guess would be that you have the dreaded pile-of-petrified-poo in the tank, your tank is full or blocked, and that nothing is reaching the drain pipe.
