2006 Inspire Leveling Jacks

We just bought our first Class A motorhome about 2 months ago. My husband was driving a couple of weeks ago and had to slam on the brages.
The left-side dash panel, which is the leveling jacks panels the lights are lighting up and it's making a noise.

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it? We've went through our manuals nothing in them on this issue.We appreciate all feedback.
