I would go for TS MPPT 60 and 3*250W array. Possibly - 3*300W.
The figures I gave are from the manual for the Tracer 4210A. I don't know why the other 4210 Tracer would be any different, but there it is. I have the 2210A which has the same manual as the 4210A. My 2210A rated charge power is 260w, so also at 13v.
I over-panelled to 300w, and it operated as advertised, array aimed at high sun. Morning and afternoon it was below 260w anyway so no wasted power from the 300w except mid-day on the good days. Based on how it all went, I am a believer in some "over-panelling", just as Morningstar recommends.
