I have one similar. Too similar. One gallon per minute. Fifteen seconds of holding a button for a large glass of water. Fifteen seconds sounds piddly. Try holding a 32 fluid oz glass for 15 seconds while it's filling. Roughly the same fill rate as a 5-gallon water cooler operating by gravity.
